Description
We are seeking a Custodian for our Muscatine office. This position will work Monday through Friday from 2pm to 10pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Custodial duties, such as: maintain floors and furniture; dusting; wash windows; clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies; dump recycle bins and garbage and reline cans; maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways,
etc. Set-up conference meeting areas. Maintenance duties, such as: relocation of equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves; perform building maintenance and repairs as necessary, including lighting and Building Security Systems.



Requirements
o High School Diploma or Equivalent

o Prior cleaning experience preferred
