Your Responsibilities
+ Develop and execute product verification & validation (PV&V) plans for systems and components
+ Actively monitor PV&V and reliability status on projects, document regularly and report to the organization
+ Collaborate with project teams to resolve identified issues in a timely manner
+ Perform customer validation tasks for projects
+ Develop innovative design solutions to, support future product programs, enhance product quality levels and reduce costs while maintaining high quality
+ Drive design projects to completion according to project schedules
+ Troubleshoot design issues as they arise
What Skills You Need
+ Design, manufacturing, and/or mechanical engineering experience
+ Knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems
+ Strong initiative and ability to drive projects to completion
+ Strong communication skills both written and oral
+ Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
What Makes You Stand Out
+ Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
+ Pro/E, Creo, or other CAD experience
+ Experience working in a manufacturing environment
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Understanding of customer segment Hay and Forage equipment
+ Experience with the operation and function of Agricultural Equipment, preferably Hay and Forage
+ Experience in field or laboratory product and/or component testing
+ Experience in data collection and data processing
Education (or equivalent work experience)
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agricultural or Industrial Engineering
