Job Description

The position of Project Manager is responsible for working with team members and requestors to prioritize and guide projects to completion. Will uncover core business needs behind change requests, provide options for solutions, impacts and recommendations that will provide the greatest benefit to our customers.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Demonstrated ability to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects with conflicting objectives

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog management and retrospectives

- Develop a deep knowledge of supported business areas, conduct business requirement sessions, and create detailed requirements documents to support development

- Evaluate business drivers and technology requirements to define specifications that meet business requirements

- Ensure that the business needs are understood and technical implications are conveyed in a manner that business users can understand and technical team can develop from

- Serve in a solutions-oriented consultant role that promotes change and process improvement...

- Acts as a primary point of contact to maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with all stakeholders

- Must be systems oriented, enjoy working with new tools and be a self-motivated learner

- Performs additional duties as required


Education: Prefer Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or Management Information Systems. Broad understanding of software development and project management concepts preferred. Project Management certification is a plus.

Experience:3-5+ years experience in project management or related field. Experience with operational aspects of Information Technology preferred, along with experience prioritizing projects. Past PMO leadership would be a plus.

Computer Skills: Experience with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite preferred

Preferred: PMI's Project Management Professional, SCRUM Certification or other relevant certification preferred
